Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the first respondent to secure the detenu and produce the person or body of the petitioner's mother (detenu) namely Malarvizhi, aged about 50 years before this Court and set her at liberty, who is illegally detained by the respondents 3 to 6 and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Malarvizhi, aged 50 years, mother of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The sixth respondent has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
