ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.71 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pudukottai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in-laws of the defacto complainant and they are aware of the dispute between the husband and wife and the allegations made against the petitioners are motivated and they have been roped in in the present case with mala fide intention.

for the first respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that already trial date has been fixed as 30.08.2016 and P.Ws.1 to 3 have also been served with summons.

5.Having regard to the grounds raised in the quash petition and also the fact that trial date has already been fixed, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.71 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, except on indispensable occasions. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Connected Crl MP(MD)No.7502 of 2016 and 7503 of 2016 are closed.
