ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 08.12.2014, passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, made in I.A.No.327 of 2013 in O.S.No.47 of 2009.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the original suit was dismissed for default and it was not restored. Therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
