PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire relevant records in respect of the impugned order passed by the third respondent in Refusal No.RFL/Kalakkadu/6/2025, dated 18.02.2025 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the third respondent to register the Settlement deed dated 18.02.2025 produced by the petitioner as per Section 52 of the Registration Act, 1908.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to renew her request for registration of a document, after she is benefited with the Patta issued by the jurisdictional Tahsildar.

3. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open for the petitioner to present any document for registration, after she is benefited with the Patta. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
