O R D E R

The plaintiffs in a suit for partition had filed this revision seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.119 of 2009 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Madurai. 2.In an earlier occasion, I had occasion to dispose of the revision between the same parties in the same suit. Challenging the amendment petition that was allowed. The revision was dismissed and the defendants were directed to file an additional written statement within a period of four weeks. 3.Even after filing the additional written statement, the matter has been adjourned time and again without any sufficient reasons.

4.As the suit is of the year 2009 and the suit for partition, this Court directs the V Additional District Court, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.119 of 2009 taking it on day to day basis and complete the trial, on or before 30.06.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
