O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the landlord. The R.C.O.P is of the year 1999 in which the order of eviction has been ordered and E.P.No.153 of 2014 was filed before the District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, which is pending till today.

2.In the said application, all the respondents are served with the notice and they have also filed their vakalath and it was adjourned by filing counter.

3.No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court intends to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents.

4.As the R.C.O.P is of the year 1999, without much waste of time, the learned District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of E.P.No.153 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.06.2015, after providing an opportunity to the respondents for filing counter and also for advancing argument.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
