O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to delete the name of the petitioner from the Rowdy Register, vide No.59 of 2011 dated 26.06.2011, maintained by the third respondent herein and further directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of surveillance of of the petitioner and his family members.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation will be considered in the 2/4

next meeting scheduled to be held in June 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in the Month of June 2023.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
