PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2021.

2. Heard on either side. Perused the material documents placed on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for final hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2021 was considered by the respondents and they have directed the petitioner to approach the appropriate Criminal Court to seek remedy. Against which, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent has delegated the power to 2/5

the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Rajagambiram, Madurai and the same is pending. The 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass orders, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to seek relief before appropriate Criminal Court as well as appropriate Civil Court, if so advised.

5. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
