This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 1st respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions, would submit that no petition and no FIR is pending against the petitioner. Hence the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), there is no scope of harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
