ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.02.2025 in CSR No.65 of 2025 on the file of the fourth respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that already the complaint of the petitioner was considered and FIR in Crime No.48 of 2025 was registered. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to dispose the complaint of the petitioner, dated 01.02.2025 and the same was disposed by registering the FIR, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
