This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 16.12.2024 in Cr.M.P.No. 840 of 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam by registering an FIR.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.840 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam has already been complied with and an FIR in Crime No.48 of 2025 has been registered. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondent police to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 2/4
