This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife for transfer of O.S.No.318 of 2021 from the file of the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Family Court at Madurai.

2. During the course of hearings, the matter was referred to mediation, in which, a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. The learned Mediator, Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court has submitted the Mediation Report dated 09.11.2022 along with a copy of the 'Settlement Agreement'. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3. It is reported that the suit in O.S.No.318 of 2021 is posted on 29.09.2023. Therefore, the parties are directed to appear before the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai on that day and submit the copy of the Mediation Report and 'Settlement Agreement' before the lower Court.

4. The learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to record the Mediation Report and Settlement Agreement and on the same day, dispose the O.S.No.318 of 2021 in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No cost.
