ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.207 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.207 of 2021, a final report has been filed before the concerned Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved.
