Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for entire records relating to the detention of the petitioner's husband Akbar Khan, Son of Nazir Khan under Act 14 of 1982 vide Detention order dated 21.11.2014 on the file of the second respondent herein made in C.No.36/Detention/C.P.O/TC/2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the said detenu now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
