ORDER
In Mathanpattavur, the petitioner is having a house. The petitioner complaints that he was thrown out by his son. The petitioner is already having an order issued in his favour by Maintenance Tribunal (Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai).
2.I direct the Inspector of Police, Thiruchittrambalam Police Station to ensure that the petitioner is put back in possession and he is not disturbed. If the petitioner's son attempts to interfere with the petitioner's possession, then FIR shall be registered against the petitioner's son and proper action taken as per law. 3.With this direction to the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
