ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.581 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. It is seen that on 06.09.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, which was subsequently extended twice on 20.09.2016 and 07.10.2016 respectively.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the 1st accused contested in the Panchayat election, received the jewels of the defacto complainant and pledged the same to meet out the election expenses and that the accused person did not win in the election and also not returned the jewels back to the defacto complainant. He would further submit that the prime accused has been arrested and released on bail in Crl.M.P.No.3845 of 2014 by the Trial Court and that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the conditions imposed by this Court and also the fact that the co-
accused was arrested and released on bail, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court is made absolute with a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Once a charge sheet is filed and taken on file, the Trial Court shall take up the matter and proceed with the trial on day to-day basis without adjourning the case beyond 10 working days at any point of time. sd/- 24/10/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
