Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Murasu, having wide circulation in Sivagangai District, indicating the next date of hearing as 17.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 07.04.2026.
