ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 17.07.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.6612 of 2024, whereby this Court while setting aside the impugned order therein dated 31.01.2024 remanded the matter back to the 3rd respondent for submitting a fresh proposal to the second respondent and further direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the second respondent and accordingly, issued proceedings in letter No.9798/rp3/2024, dated 08.04.2026 and a copy of the same is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

3. In the light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, dated 08.04.2026, he is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
