To call for the records of the Judgment dated 13.09.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.44 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli confirming the judgment passed in C.C.No.524 of 2014 dated 30.03.2021 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vallioor and set aside the same by allowing this revision petition.
