ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to repair the pipeline which runs through the common pathway for drawing water from the petitioner's property in survey No.208/2 as per the interim order passed in MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 in S.A.(Md) No.897 of 2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry is pending, based on the complaint given by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
