Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" on the ground that, by an order dated 02.02.2026, a direction was issued to the appellant to refund the compensation amount of Rs.4,00,000/- to the respondent police.

2. The amount was directed to be paid to the State Government instead of the respondent police. Due to oversight, instead of typing "State Government," it has been wrongly typed as "respondent police."

3. The necessary correction shall be carried out in paragraph 13 of the order, dated 02.02.2026 and a fresh copy of the order shall be issued to the parties.
