It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that only in respect of the complaint preferred by one Ganesan, presence of the petitioner is required for interrogation. There is an undertaking that the petitioner will be called for enquiry only by issuing summons, giving specific date, place and time.

4.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
