ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 3rd respondent herein to register FIR as per the order made in Cr.M.P.No.4905 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, dated 18.10.2022 within time stipulated as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, the case in Crime No.53 of 2023 has been registered on 12.03.2023 against three persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 447, 506(ii) of IPC and 4 of TNPWH Act, 2002.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 14.03.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Indu 2/4
