ORDER

Challenge in this writ petition is to the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai, dated 10.02.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.4945 of 2022 filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the entire due has been paid and the loan accounts have been closed. Learned counsel for the Bank has also produced the statements of three loan accounts to show that the loan accounts have been closed. 3.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
