This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.421 of 2020 registered under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C. The learned Government Advocate on instructions states that final report has been made ready for dropping further action in the matter. This report has been filed before this jurisdictional Court yesterday. The jurisdictional Court is directed to issue notice to the petitioner herein who is entitled to file a protest petition. Thereafter the Court below will proceed in the matter on merits and in accordance with law. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
