ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 22.09.2020 passed in E.P.No.141 of 2018 in O.S.No.86 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Court (Fast Track), Palani. 2.The petitioner filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.86 of 2012 and the said suit was decreed in favour of the petitioner plaintiff. For collection of the costs imposed by the trial Court, the petitioner filed E.P.No.141 of 2018. 7/9

The said application was dismissed on 22.09.2020. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/plaintiff submits that as against the preliminary decree granted in O.S.No.86 of 2012, the some of the respondents filed an appeal before this Court in A.S.(MD)Nos.150 to 152 of 2017 and the same are pending. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. 4.Recording the same, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
