O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decreetal order passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2012 dated 31.10.2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi confirming the order I.A.No.2027 of 2011 in O.S.No.544 of 2011 dated 19.11.2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Records Perused.

4.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the suit was already dismissed for default before the Lower Court. The Lower Court report also reveals that the suit was already dismissed on 30.06.2016. This petition is pending from the year 2015 onwards. So, there is no immediate necessity to grant an interim injunction.

5.In the above circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
