By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.Heard Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondent/ Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission to consider his request and to grant him some more time, so that the criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner in C.C.No.28 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thenkasi, is concluded.
4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner's representation, dated 19.04.2018 and pass orders on
