When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.745 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 17.12.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur. However, on account of the vacancy in the said Court, the same has not yet been taken on file. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
