ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to produce her minor child by name Sudhikshan, S/o Udhayakumar aged about 4 and half years before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the child has been recovered and handed over to the petitioner/mother.
