ORDER

Heard M/s.J.Balameenakshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.I do not find any dereliction of duty on the part of the first respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation in time, since the representation has been made on 13.04.2018 and the same has been received by the respondents only on 19.04.2018. Since the first respondent is a responsible authority, the petitioner cannot expect to dispose of the representation, within a week time. Nevertheless, it would be appropriate that the said representation will be taken up and disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands closed.
