Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner suffered an adverse order at the hands of the revenue court on 11.02.2019. The writ petitioner has 90 days time to file a civil revision petition before this Court. Even before the expiry of the limitation period, execution proceedings were initiated. Therefore, this writ petition came to be filed and this Court also gave an interim order in support of the writ petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner stated that he had already filed a civil revision petition before this Court. Therefore, it is for the writ petitioner to obtain relief in the civil revision petition. The respondents are directed to defer the proceedings and await the outcome of the CRP filed by the petitioner till 14.06.2019. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
