Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the loan borrowed by the petitioner from the respondent bank has been fully settled and the title deeds mortgaging the property have been returned and hence, the relief in the suit does not survive for consideration and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
