This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner in the pretend of petition enquiry on the complaint of the 2nd respondent dated 28.02.2017 in the nature and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Mr.S.Paulraj, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Bazaar Police Station, Ramanathapuram, is present before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.87/2014 has been registered against three accused. He further submitted that one Sudalaimuthu, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Advocate has given a complaint against the petitioner and petition enquiry is pending.
