This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to grant permission for cultural event namely Adalpadal scheduled to be held on 15.05.2018 at night 07.00 to 12.00 hours in connection with "Vaikasi Vishaga Festival" in Arulmigu Sri Santhana Mariamman Kovil at Athirampattinam, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018 and 23.04.2018 conducted by the 1st Mandagapadithars.

2.Heard Mr.B.Santhanam RajeshKumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
