When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation dated 08.01.2019 submitted by the writ petitioner will be disposed of by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing the final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
