O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent-Bank to furnish statement of accounts to the writ petitioner for accrued interest in respect of Loan No.10767959051 dated 25.05.2005 payable to the respondent-Bank upto date to enable the writ petitioner to clear the entire loan.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has furnished the copy of the Statement of Account in respect of Account No.10767959051 of the writ petitioner before this Court and also the copy of the same to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that he has received the Statement of Account copy and hence, the writ petition may be disposed of.
