The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also contended that he would be sending necessary petition in this regard to the Registry through e-mail.

While, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, whenever their presence is required.
