ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This is the third application. The petitioners/A2 and A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 296(b), 115(2), 140(3), 140(2), 308(2) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.297 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the intervener.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that this is the third application and there is no change in circumstances. He further submitted that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is necessary.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that this is the third application and there is no change in circumstances and the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is necessary, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
