ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 365, 342 & 506 in Crime No.136 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused have given a false promise of exchanging old currency note into a new one and that on 21.09.2011 they kidnapped the de facto complainant and demanded a sum of Rs.50 lakhs. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement that he is not pressing this petition in respect of A1, A2 & A3. He also submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the

respondent Police submitted that this Court by order dated 08.02.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1218 of 2017, observed that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary in this case, in respect of the alleged kidnap and demand of huge money from the de facto complainant by the accused person. He also submitted that in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1855 of 2017 this Court by order dated 22.02.2017 while dismissing the petition, directed the respondent Police to secure the accused. He also submitted that investigation is still pending.

5.The counsel for intervenor submitted that the present petition is the third anticipatory bail petition. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances after dismissal of the earlier Anticipatory Bail applications, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
