O R D E R
This revision is filed by the husband in the matrimonial dispute seeking speedy disposal of Tr.O.P.No.26 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had no objection for allowing the transfer petition. However, the interlocutory application pending much earlier has been filed by the respondent/wife.
3.As the revision petitioner, who is the respondent in the transfer petition has got no objection for allowing the transfer petition, the learned Principal District Judge, Karur is directed to take up the transfer petition in Tr.O.P.No.26 of 2014 along with I.A and to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30th April 2015.
With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
