ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.12.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has not received the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.12.2015. 4.It is evident from the records that a copy of the complaint has been sent to the first respondent and acknowledgment has also been filed.

5.Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to present a copy of the complaint dated 05.12.2015 to the second respondent. On receipt of such complaint, the second respondent is directed to look into the complaint and take necessary action in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
