PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.8 of 2021 dated 22.02.2021 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(1), 120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner alone. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.8 of 2021 dated 22.02.2021 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506(1), 120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 as against the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent contended that the investigation in Crime No.08 of 2021 is completed and a final report would be filed within a period of two days before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
