O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the third respondent, based on her representation dated 18.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. In view of the order, which is going to be passed hereunder, no notice is required to the third respondent.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent is working in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Nariyuthu, where, she indulged in making the petitioner's child and other students to clean the toilets and therefore, a complaint was lodged by the petitioner on 15.02.2016, based on which, enquiry was conducted by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Assistant Elementary Educational Officer and even after submission of the enquiry report, no action has been taken by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 18.03.2019 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to take action against the third respondent. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents 1 and 2.

5.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
