O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Revision Petitioner seeking direction to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.165 of 2014, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff and the revision respondent is the defendant in O.S.No.165 of 2014 before the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam.

The petitioner/plaintiff has filed O.S.No.165 of 2014 seeking permanent injunction against the respondent/defendant and the same is pending without passing any orders before the trial Court. Therefore, the revision petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam for speedy disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the available records.

4. The petitioner/plaintiff has filed O.S.No.165 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam and the same is pending from 2014.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if this

Court directs the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam to dispose the O.S.No.165 of 2014 within a period stipulated by this Court. Without issuing notice to the respondent, I am inclined to pass the following Order.

6. In the result, (i). this Civil Revision Petition No.983 of 2018 is disposed of.

(ii). The learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam is directed to dispose the O.S.No.165 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of copy of receipt of this order by conducting the trial on day to day basis without giving unnecessary adjournments to either parties and the parties are directed to give their fullest cooperation for the early disposal. No costs.
