Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus pursuant to the report of the District Educational Officer, Perambalur District in Na.Ka.No.1127/A2/2015 dated .01.2017 directing the official respondents herein to grant approval to the redeployment of the petitioner from the T.E.L.C. Middle School, Nagal Nagar, Dindigul Town to T.E.L.C. School at Eraiyur Perambalur District, with effect from 27.7.2015 and accordingly grant the petitioner with all monetary and attendant services benefits.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to grant approval to the redeployment of the petitioner from T.E.L.C. Middle School, Nagal Nagar, Dindigul Town to T.E.L.C. School at Eraiyur Perambalur District, pursuant to the report of the sixth respondent dated .01.2017 and accordingly grant the petitioner with all monetary and attendant service benefits. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that she was re-deployed from T.E.L.C Middle school, Dindigul to T.E.L.C Middle School, Perambalur, subsequent to which, the seventh respondent management sent a proposal to the second respondent vide the proceedings dated 09.09.2016. Thereafter, based on the instructions of the first respondent, the sixth respondent submitted a report dated Nil.01.2017, recommending to grant approval for redeployment of the petitioner. However, no action has been taken so far by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court, seeking the aforementioned relief.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that no representation has been given by the petitioner seeking such relief and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to submit a representation. On receipt of any such representation, the same will be considered by the official respondents on merits and appropriate orders be passed. 5.In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation seeking approval of her redeployment along with a copy of this order to the official respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the same. On receiving such representation, the same shall be considered by the official respondents, in the light of the recommendation made by the sixth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1127/A2/2015 dated..01.2017, and necessary orders be passed thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
