Side) IN ALL THE PETITIONS PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Crime Nos.8, 5, 6, 4, 7 & 9 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC and in addition to that Section 294-B & 506(i) IPC in Crime No.6 of 2017 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 submitted that it is alleged in all the complaints that A1, under the guise of getting job in an Educational Institution, received huge amounts from the defacto complainants and thereafter, cheated them. The petitioner/A2 is the wife of A1. She has not committed any offence as alleged in the complaint. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner/A2. In the similar case, the petitioner/A2 has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15777 of 2016, vide order dated 24.11.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that it is a case of job racketing and that in similar case the petitioner/A2 has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and A1 has been arrested and released on bail. The investigation is pending. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the allegations raised against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in all the cases with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for each cases with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
