Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The issue pertains to construction of water tank. The petitioner suggests that the water tank should be constructed in the place where that was originally earmarked for the public purpose. The petitioner's allegation is that it is now sought to be constructed at a different place. In this regard, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has given a quite few representations. The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law. The petitioner shall be formally informed about the decision of the fourth respondent. Till then the construction in question shall not take place.
