ORDER

The petitioner, claiming that an electricity pole has been erected without his consent in his patta land, is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation. By the said representation, the petitioner has requested the removal of the electricity pole alleged to have been unlawfully erected on his property.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with law within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

3. The said submission is placed on record. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Engineer (Rural), Paramakudi, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2026, 2/4

on its own merits and in accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
