On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.317 of 2016 was

completed and charge sheet was filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and the same has also been committed to the Court of Sessions in S.C.No.210 of 2016 and the same is pending on the file of the Sessions Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. In the light of the aforesaid development, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
